RETURNS:

All items are personalised and manufactured to order. As a result, unless the items is faulty, The Officeway.com Ltd are unable to accept any returns. Should the item(s) you receive be considered to be faulty, The Officeway.com Ltd will seek to repair, replace or refund your item in that order.

DELIVERY:

Delivery timescales are based on working days and so these do not include bank holidays as outlined in England.

Due to the nature of products being personalised there can sometimes be delays in processing your order such as stock shortages or courier delays. As a result, all delivery timescales are an estimate and should not be depended upon.
